The
heart of every screen based Audiovox Navigation System
is the computer. It processes signals transmitted from
the Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) orbiting the
earth to determine the exact location of your vehicle.
An integrated electronic gyro and vehicle speed sensor (VSS)
supply additional data to the computer to help it
calculate your route.
All
you have to do is enter your destination and the
navigation system will do the rest. You'll get
directions on a map display as well as spoken
instructions. If you make a wrong turn, the navigation
system will react immediately and guide you back on
course.
